Correct me if I'm wrong but I heard from an UNreliable (meaning chika2 lang) source that 20 more typhoons are coming to the country and 4 of them will be major ones.
I guess we shoud really learn from what happened to Panay during TYPHOON FRANK and to the more disastrous MV Princess of the Stars tragedy.
